3. How Can I Pay?

- All transaction fees are covered by us, so customers won’t pay any extra charges during the payment process.

5. How Is My Order Processed After Purchase
- Product preparation and packaging: 1-2 business days
- Label creation and handoff to carrier: 1–2 business days

- Standard: 10-12 business days (14-16 days)
- Express delivery by DHL: 4-6 business days (6-8 days)
The delivery timeframe stated above does not include customs clearance time at the destination country. As customs procedures vary by country and region, we are unable to provide an exact estimate for this process.
6. Which Carriers Do You Work With?
- For Express Delivery, we work with DHL (reliable, time-optimized, but higher cost).
- For Standard Delivery, we partner with third-party logistics providers who connect packages to carriers like FedEx, UPS, etc. (This method takes more time for both delivery and customs clearance but is more cost-effective.)
