Policy

THEWOLF will support claims in the following cases:

1. THEWOLF will assist with claims in the following cases:
  • Product defect caused by the manufacturer.
  • Wrong product or size delivered.
  • Size exchange for the same product type (applicable to items purchased at full price only)
  • Claim Period: Within 7 days from the date of receipt.

    2. Ineligible Claims:
    • After 7 days from receipt
    • No unboxing video provided
    • Product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
    • Missing original packaging (box, papers, or bag missing).

      3. Return/ Exchange Fees: 
      • For manufacturing defects or incorrect items/sizes, THEWOLF will cover both shipping fees or offer a full refund if requested (after receiving the returned item in its original condition).
      • For size exchanges, THEWOLF covers one-way shipping; the customer covers the other. The exchange item will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned product.

      4. Please Note: No refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.
