配送ポリシー

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESS:

• Packing Time: Orders are packed within 3-5 days.

• Quality Control & Shipping: Each order undergoes a thorough quality check and is double-boxed before being handed over to the shipping provider. Once shipped, THEWOLF will send customers a tracking number to monitor their order.

• International Delivery Time: Orders are estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) from the handover date, depending on the destination.

• Shipping Fee Calculation: Shipping fees vary by region. THEWOLF will confirm rates with the shipping provider based on the customer’s provided address. 

• Unboxing Video: We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receiving your order to assist in case of any claim.
